Karnataka nursing council registration procedure


1)Reaching Karnataka State Nursing Council


Address:
Karnataka State Nursing Council,
#71, Nightingale Towers ‘A’ Street
6th Cross A.R. Extension, 
near Movieland Theater, Gandhinagar, 
Bangalore – 560009. INDIA.

You need to reach Majestic and the nursing council is just a walkble distance.You can ask for movieland theater. Office is near to that.

 Mostly the office opens at 10 AM. You can reach early and there will be queue. Mostly, they ask to group based on the collage. All from same collage can form a group and pay the fees together.

 Office staff provides the application form. 
2) Documents Required
  1. Degree/provisional  certificate
  2. SSLC
  3. Course Completion
  4. Mark lists
  5. Photos- 2
  6. PU certificate
  7. Contact Certificate.
3) Fees 
  
You need to take DD or chalan for 500 rupees. You can take the dd/chalan at nursing counsel itself as they have provided a small bank branch .

4) General Notes
  1. Application form, fees payements etc are in ground floor. Form submission, document verification etc happens in the first floor. 
  2. First get the application form and chalan/dd from the ground floor.
  3. It will take 2-3 hrs for the whole process. However, if you want the registration certificate on same day, it will take the whole day. 
  4. You can get the registration certificate on the same day if you pay Rs-1700. Ask them, they will let you know the process.

    IS THEIR ANY RULE TO KEEP OTHER STATE STUDENTS TO KEEP THEIR REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE FOR GETTING KNC REGISTRATION ?

      Yes Vipin, they asked me to surrender my other state registration Certificate.

      I am not sure its a common rule or some special rule for them,

    hello mam .sir
    my sister she completed the Bsc nursing .but she didnt got the 4 th year certificate from college .she got till 3 rd year certificated did she can do the KNC registration..because most of the hospitals are asking for the KNC reg...

    Hai friends, i m Anu...i am completed my post.bsc nursing in karnataka now i required karnataka registration but i can't travelling 3 months because i am bedrest so i decide , my all documents through by my husband submitted to the KNC, banglore. I m intresting to know is it possible..?

      If you are currently working in Karnatak only need to renew. For renewal you need to send Currents Experiance cert., copy of your Regn, 2 photos, Rs 100 DD (name Registrar Karnataka State Nursing Council, CME if any,)

    I have studied b.sc from andhra Pradesh nd thereafter worked in Rajasthan...I have both registration..nw I am working in Kerala. I just finished d online application form with payment..next wat is d procedure????shud I need a noc???if yes from we're...college or last registered ...plsss reply me asap....am in emergency

      For some candidateds they will be ask for NOC from last nursing council.

    with all cirtificates (original and 2 set copies), Photos, etc to the KNC and get the application, fill it up, get DD from near branch and continue process. Once you reach there you will get to know all. lot of nurses will be there for the same.

Will they ask for bsc registration?I have surrendered my b.sc registration(karnataka) to Kerala council and now hold Kerala registration for b.sc. will this be a problem?can we get the registration certificate the same day itself??     Hi.
    I would like to do the registration for MSc nursing at Karnataka.
    Upon contacting them, they requested me to produce the NOC from Kerala Nursing Council, since i completed my BSc from Kerala.
